On a phone
Most of your visitors arrive on a phone. We check whether they can read the page and tap the buttons without zooming.
Websites for UK small businesses
You get an audit of your current site, a preview of the new one before you pay anything, and a site that is looked after every month.
You see your audit and a preview of your new site before you pay anything.
How it works
We look at your site the way a customer on a phone does and write down the three things that cost you the most enquiries. There is nothing for you to do at this stage.
We build a preview of your new site from the facts about your business, like your services, phone number and opening hours, written in our own words, so you can see what you would get before you pay anything.
If you like it, you answer a short questionnaire and set up the Direct Debit. We tell you the date before we start, finish the site with any changes you asked for, and then you add one record at your domain provider, or we do it together on a short call. Your email is not affected.
Hosting, security and up to four change requests a month are covered. When something needs changing, you email us and we do it.

What we check
Most of your visitors arrive on a phone. We check whether they can read the page and tap the buttons without zooming.
We measure how long the page takes to load, because people leave a slow site before they see what you offer.
We check whether a visitor can see how to call, book or get a quote without scrolling or hunting for it.
We count the taps it takes to reach you and test that your forms and phone links actually work.
We look for the things people check before they commit, like reviews, opening hours, prices and a secure connection.
We compare your site with your Google Business Profile, since wrong hours or an old phone number cost you calls.
Concept work
A tap-to-call button on the first screen, a boiler checklist and a quote form.
Prices on the first screen, the team, opening hours and booking by time slot.
Whether it's open right now, menu highlights, directions and table booking.
These are concept sites for fictional businesses, built to show our work in each sector. They are not client sites, and the names, people and reviews on them are made up.
Pricing
£29/month
plus £199 one-off setup
No VAT is charged, because we are not VAT registered. VAT is added only if we become registered, and we would tell you at least 30 days before. The monthly fee starts when your site goes live. 12-month minimum term from go-live, then month to month with 30 days' notice. If you leave, your domain stays yours; your site files are free to take after 24 months of fees, or £495 before that.
Included every month

Who you deal with
I wanted to help small and medium businesses with their sales and marketing, but I know how frustrating and expensive getting a new website can be, so I decided to make the process as easy, as quick and as affordable as I possibly could.
I have made websites before, but always as a hobby rather than a job, and now I want to help you grow and get your lovely business seen by more of the people who are looking for it.
I check every site myself on a phone and a computer before it goes live, so the person you talk to is the same person who looked over your site and who will look after it afterwards.
If you have a question, write to me at hello@padon.ai, or reply to any email from us, and I will answer it myself.

Questions
No. You see a preview of your new site first, and you only pay the setup fee once you want it to go live.
No. You can look at the preview, ask us anything by email and go live through a short form, whenever it suits you. If you would like help adding the domain record, we can do that together on a short call.
Yes. It stays registered in your name and we never take ownership of it. To go live, you add one record at your domain provider, which takes about 5 minutes, or we do it with you on a short call.
Yes. The record you add only points your website at the new site, so your email addresses and inbox carry on exactly as before.
Yes. We use AI to design and build faster, which is how we keep the price low, and a person checks every site before it goes live.
Tell us what you would like different when you go live, and we make those changes before the site is switched on.
The plan continues month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. We will not raise the price during your first 12 months. After that, we give you at least 60 days' notice of any change, and you can leave before it applies.
Yes. Give us at least 30 days' notice and pay the monthly fees left in your 12-month minimum term, less 5%. The same applies if we have to end the contract because the business breaks it, for example by not paying. If you leave before your site goes live, there is nothing more to pay, but the setup fee is not refunded.
Your own part takes about ten minutes in total: about five minutes for the go-live questionnaire and about five minutes to add the domain record. We tell you the date your site will go live before we start work, so you know what to expect.
No, that happens a lot. We find out where your domain is registered, tell you who to contact and walk you through getting back into the account, and we can do it together on a short call if that is easier.
We help you write a short email asking them either to add the one record we need or to move the domain into an account in your name. Either way the domain stays yours.
Not yet. Keep it until your new site is live. If your email comes with your old hosting package, check with us before you cancel anything, so your email moves somewhere safe first.
Only when your site goes live. If we deliver your site and then hear nothing from you for 60 days, despite reminders, we may close the order. You then pay nothing more, but the setup fee is not refunded.
Up to four change requests a month, each done within two working days. Several related edits in one email count as one request. If you send more, we do the extra ones the following month, where they count towards that month's four, or sooner for a fee we agree with you first.
Your domain is always yours, and we help you point it wherever you want. The site's design and code belong to us. Once you have paid 24 months of monthly fees, you can take a copy of your site's files free, to use for your business. Before that, you can buy the files for a one-off £495. Either way the text we wrote for you becomes yours too. Anything you gave us, like your logo and photos, stays yours.
Free audit
Tell us where your current site is. We look at it the way a customer on a phone would, then email you a personal page with the three things costing you the most enquiries and a preview of the site we would build you. There is nothing to pay and nothing to sign.
Already had an email from us? Your personal page is linked in it, and you can reply to that email with any question.
